About the role

We're hiring an admin & marketing assistant to support our team with day-to-day tasks within the organisation.

Working closely with our regional Director and marketing team, you'll be responsible for helping with the execution of deliverables for both our internal team and our clients. This will be a hybrid of both business admin and marketing admin tasks. This role is perfect for somebody who is highly organised and is able to get things done. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

Marketing:

  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Setting up tasks in Asana
  • Compiling reports for clients
  • Ordering items for events e.g. swag, banners etc
  • Publishing blogs on websites
  • Scheduling emails in Hubspot

Admin:

  • Email management for the Director
  • Organising travel & accommodation
  • Writing up notes/briefs after meetings
  • Sending out proposals to clients

About you

This role is perfect for any highly organized assistant who is used to working in fast-paced environments and can wear multiple hats at once. 

Because you'll be managing tasks that are both internal (for us and our team) and external (for our clients), the ability to context switch and stay on top of deadlines is essential.

You'll be working with our UK/EMEA team, which has members based in the UK, Italy, Netherlands, and Macadonia. We're flexible with working hours, but our core hours when most of the team is online are between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. UK time. You'll be given great support and quarterly deep-dive appraisals in this role, but it's also well suited to somebody who is self-motivated and can work autonomously without being told what to do. 

Required Experience:

  • 1+ year of B2B marketing experience
  • Highly organised and familiar with Asana
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a strong work ethic
  • Experience working in a remote team

Role compensation:

  • $1500 USD per month salary
  • 20 days paid holiday per year
  • $1200 USD annual training budget for relevant courses and training of your choosing
