Currently, we are focusing on Google advertising niche stores, where we are building our first brands. Our team has the experience to scale, grow, and manage the backend efficiently. The only missing part is more creative expertise in Ad Creative Design to optimize our paid advertising campaigns.

Having generated over €7,000,000 in revenue in the last 5 years, with over €5,000,000 in 2024 alone, we are looking for ambitious people who see this opportunity and are interested in a long-term partnership.

 

 

About the role

About the Role

The role is a Freelance position as an Ad Creative Specialist. You will bring value by designing high-quality ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions for our campaigns. You can analyze what makes a compelling ad, develop scroll-stopping creatives, and create well-structured visuals that drive sales.

You have the ability to take a product and transform it into an ad that converts without the help of others. You will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives such as image ads, GIFs, and video ads that resonate with our target audience. You will also be expected to establish a consistent brand style across multiple niches and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize ad creatives for Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other advertising platforms.

Design engaging static and animated ad visuals that grab attention and convert viewers into customers.

Develop video ads, GIFs, and motion graphics to enhance ad engagement.

Test and iterate different ad formats, styles, and messaging to improve campaign performance.

Source high-quality product images and assets to incorporate into ad creatives.

Analyze competitors’ ads to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.

Work independently to manage the entire process of ad creative production.

Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and platforms.

Extra if you are also good with copywriting:

Craft compelling ad copy that complements your visuals and boosts engagement.

Ensure ad creatives are aligned with best practices for different platforms and audiences.

Experience & Skills:

Shopify

Canva & Photoshop (or equivalent tools)

Ad creative design

Performance marketing knowledge

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads

Video editing & animation (preferred but not required)
