Account Manager - remote work, training & growth opportunities [CLOSED]

Full Time or Part Time Negotiable

Email Marketing

Exciting account management role, with a chance to work on interesting projects, prove your value, learn new skills and make good money. All work is fully remote - so you can work from anywhere.

You get to talk, on a daily basis, with successful online entrepreneurs, learning the ‘behind the scenes’ of their businesses.

You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients and developing a working relationship with them
  • Keeping existing clients happy and maintaining a great relationship with them, to ensure they stay for the long run (you’ll be rewarded with bonuses for clients you retain)
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates so clients are always informed about what we’ve done and what we plan to do next
  • Coordinate the project schedule with the client and our execution team
  • Get requirements and revision requests from the client, pass on the requests to the execution team
  • Set deadlines and keep track of projects to make sure deadlines are being met
  • Report to company management on progress of projects and issues
  • Being a team player is super important. You don’t want to let the team down and you have an ownership mindset about your tasks
  • As you become more proficient with marketing and email marketing, you’ll be able to carry out some of the work by yourself (technical or creative tasks - according to your interests and skills)

We will start with a part-time role of 4-5 hours a day, and as you prove yourself, we’ll extend to full time (likely within 2-3 months).

Initial salary of between ‎€1000 - ‎€1,500 based on your experience, PLUS a monthly bonus for every client that you handle, and stays with us long term.

Other benefits: you get two weeks paid holiday for every six months worked full time.

This is suitable for someone hard-working, who wants to learn and grow, develop their skills, prove themselves and take on more responsibility.

You will be expected to take responsibility for studying marketing techniques to improve your skills every day. You will have access to top-of-the-line online training courses, coaching from the CEO, and the chance to actually do the work, make some mistakes and learn from experience.

The role involves working with me (CEO) and our creative and technical team.

This is a sample of the tasks you will be responsible to:

  • Send a weekly report to the client, to update on what we’ve done for them and what’s planned for next week
  • Instruct the graphic designer about changes that a client requested
  • Jump on a call with a new client to learn more about their business and explain how we work and what they can expect
  • Send a client satisfaction survey to a client, and when the results come back, discuss them with the CEO and the client
  • Record a short Loom video to guide a new client how to view the emails we created for them
  • Quality assurance on a completed email: run through a checklist of what to look for and how to make sure there are no mistakes in the email

About you

This role requires someone who is:

Extremely organized – you’ll be handling multiple clients, and each client needs dozens of steps and tasks, to complete their project. You’ll need to be able to keep track of all these tasks and make sure nothing gets missed.

Hard-working and quick to respond & execute – we don’t mess around here. We get a lot done very quickly. You will need to as well.

Great communication skills - you communicate effectively, clearly, and with empathy. Trustworthy and always deliver on your promises.

Intelligent and good at figuring things out – there are lots of problems to solve when you’re working in online marketing. You will be expected to try and figure out the options before asking for advice.

High level of written and spoken English.

Available to work at least 4 hours a day.

Ideally have experience working with marketing systems (email marketing, social media marketing, funnels, etc) or working with an eCommerce store.
