Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee and grow account portfolios by identifying clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project status and grow accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status and forecast growth opportunities.
  • Navigate client contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Mentor and support junior account managers and contribute to team training efforts.
  • Keep client data up to date and accurate.

About you

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in existing account sales and/or account management in the localization industry
  • Proactive detailed-oriented self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication

  • This is a remote, full-time position. You may be located anywhere in the world for this position but must have good internet connectivity.
  • You must be willing to work US hours - 8:30am to 5:00pm CST.
