To continue delivering amazing results to its clients, the Hands-Off CEO team is looking for an Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who will not shy away from pushing for results and asking hard questions, whilst being kind and encouraging at the same time. As Hands-Off CEO’s next Account Manager, you will work in an environment that develops leaders that have radical ownership around their specialities and roles.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for keeping the clients accountable by pushing when needed to help them get the results that came became a client for
  • Meet 1-on-1 with clients on a biweekly basis to go over their plan, make sure that they are making progress and provide support if they are struggling
  • Use Hands-Off CEO client checklists in order to keep clients on track
  • Update client records in ClickUp with reports from the calls; keep notes in Google Drive & communicate with the Hands-Off CEO team
  • Have an excellent grasp of the Scale to Freedom program offered by Hands-Off CEO in order to provide adequate client support
  • Be the primary contact person for clients answering their questions and ensure they have everything they need to succeed
  • Manage client folders and documents, creating new Google Documents for clients as part of the onboarding process
  • Be responsible for booking client meetings and workshops
  • Attend weekly team meetings to give client updates to the rest of the team

In your first weeks at Hands-Off CEO, you will work closely with MJ Loveless, the Program Director, to learn and understand the programs offered by the company. You will learn more about the vision, purpose, and mindset that Hands-Off CEO is teaching to their clients. You will also have additional training around internal and external communication, mock support calls, and live support calls with clients under MJ’s supervision.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • At least two years of account management experience
  • Experience work for or with marketing agencies to best understand the clients you will be working with
  • A good understanding of how to provide luxury-level customer service
  • Approachable attitude and an outgoing personality; you need to be someone who can quickly build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English; confidence to lead client-centred calls
  • A growth mindset, emotional intelligence and the ability to push the clients when resistance shows up
  • Ability to take feedback and understand that it is a growth opportunity, not personal
  • Ability to take radical ownership of your own work and see tasks through to completion; you understand the steps you need to take to complete a task and how to improve on processes. Hands-Off CEO believes they can always do and be better
  • Strong ability to work unsupervised as you will be responsible for making sure your tasks are completed on time
  • Solid computer/laptop & consistently good internet connection in order to have Zoom calls without tech issues

Brownie points for experience with ClickUp, Infusionsoft, and/or HubSpot.

What’s in it for you?

  • $17* per hour
  • Fully remote & part-time employment ~ 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to move up to ~40 hours per week in the future
  • Flexible working hours with an overlap for calls (2 hours a week on Tuesdays 12 PM - 1 PM Mountain Time and Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 AM Mountain Time)
