To continue delivering amazing results to its clients, the Hands-Off CEO team is looking for an Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who will not shy away from pushing for results and asking hard questions, whilst being kind and encouraging at the same time. As Hands-Off CEO’s next Account Manager, you will work in an environment that develops leaders that have radical ownership around their specialities and roles.
More specifically, within this role, you will:
In your first weeks at
, you will work closely with MJ Loveless, the Program Director, to learn and understand the programs offered by the company. You will learn more about the vision, purpose, and mindset that
is teaching to their clients. You will also have additional training around internal and external communication, do mock support calls, and live support calls with clients with MJ’s supervision.
In order to excel in this role, you need to have:
Brownie points for experience with ClickUp, Infusionsoft, and/or HubSpot.
