Finance Manager for E-commerce [CLOSED]

Who are we?

We are a fast-paced ecom company that runs multiple dropshipping stores in Europe and in the U.S. using Shopify (e.g. trendiful.co). Overall, we are selling viral and innovative products to end customers. Originally from Germany, now the whole team lives and works remotely from Europe to Asia. Our workforce consists of 15+ young, smart and ambitious team players.

At the moment, we are expanding our business and are looking for new A players for our team to help us achieve goals more efficiently.

What task will you work on?

• You will do Business Development in the fields: payment solutions, risk diversification, cashflow, bookkeeping, B2B stakeholder management

• Build relationships with Stakeholders in the ecommerce space like Shopify, Facebook & Google Advertising, Payment processors like PayPal, Bluesnap, PurePay etc.

• Diversify our risk by applying on other platforms, payment gateways, bank accounts

• Make sure that we don’t have any cash flow problems (e.g. sending money between accounts, informing management about potential risk)

• Strategic management of disputes, chargebacks & claims

• Paying employees, services

• We are using Zendesk for our email management, so it would be beneficial if you have experience using Zendesk properly and independently

• Communicating with team members

Whom do we search for?

• You should have knowledge in e-commerce, payment processors, banks, finance, bookkeeping

• you should have 2 years minimum experience leading projects

• ambitious, result oriented, communicative

• Strong written communication in english (C1 or higher)

• Using or being able to learn modern technologies like Slack, Trello, GoogleDrive, Shopify, Toptracker, ClickUp etc.

• Plus points if you have experience with bookkeeping, customer support, ecommerce
