We are a fast-paced ecom company that runs multiple dropshipping stores in Europe and in the U.S.. Overall, we are selling viral and innovative products to end customers. Originally from Germany, now the whole team lives and works remotely from Europe to Asia. Our workforce consists of 15+ young, smart and ambitious team players.
Create the framework for an efficient customer service system including SOPs, KPIs & customer service tools
Collaborate with the stakeholders to agree on and implement the proposed framework
You have experience setting up CS department (creating SOPs & KPIs)
You have lead a team and you actually enjoy developing talent
You are methodological and results oriented
You have strong written communication in English
Plus points if you have worked previously in online marketing or e-commerce
The position is 100% remote, so you get the freedom to work anywhere you want
A lot of flexibility in defining working hours as long as you are on demand when needed
Learn and grow with your task and team
This position will start as a 1 month project - If we're both happy with our collaboration, we'd like you to stay as our Customer Sucess Manager in a full time position.
