Summary

Our Ecommerce store focuses on jewelry products for European customers focussing on different language markets like German audience. Over the next 12 months we are planning for large growth and need a highly skilled team member to be part of that journey.

We need someone who is talented, committed and highly organised to work on administrative tasks and customer support.

This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills and the role, and take on more responsibility as we grow.

We have lots of great things in the pipeline and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in many different areas of the business.

Full support will be provided including a training period when you first start working with us.

Requirements - What We Need From You

  • Conversational English - You will be joining weekly video calls with the team and it is just more fun for the whole team if we all can chat and joke on a conversational level.

  • High Attention to Detail - You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurate proof your own work

  • Basic Photoshop Knowledge - You’ll be making banners and small edits on images

  • Comfortable using Google Documents - You will enter data into Google Spreadsheets and sometimes there might be some formulas to adjust.

  • Able to learn new software tools and systems quickly - We use a variety of systems including slack, trello, shopify, facebook ads and others so you’ll need to be willing and able to learn new systems through a variety of self taught methods.

  • Intelligent, Self Motivated, Highly organised and Confident in asking questions - You’ll be working remotely with communication across a variety of channels and task management through Google Sheets so we need to be sure that you ask questions if you are not sure of what to do and that you can be self-motivated and able to organise multiple streams of work effectively.

  • We expect some flexibility from you what time of your day you are going to work. Especially at the beginning you need overlap your schedule to the director and the rest of the team. Also we might ask you to work on Saturday and Sundays for up to 3h.

  • Bonus: You have some language skills another big Western European language? (German, French, Dutch, …) (not required)

Some Examples of What You Will Be Doing Right Away

  • Fulfill orders on our Supplier Platform

  • Data Entry from our Ads Campaigns and Sales

  • Check Comments of Facebook Ads in Foreign Languages (with the help of Google Translate)

  • Answer customer mails and messages in foreign languages like German, with Templates and Google Translate

  • Process Documentation

  • Part of your role will be to create standardised documentation for our team as we expand further in the future.

  • After a trial period: 40 hours per week

  • Salary negotiable

  • 2 weeks paid holiday for every six months worked.

  • Work directly for the Director with opportunity to suggest your own ideas, make improvements and learn new skills.
