Skills required:

Your typical task will include:

• Brainstorm and set up paid traffic campaigns
• Create the personas, targetting and ad campaigns
• Build opt-in and landing pages using LeadPages.net (no developer skills needed)
• Analyze the campaigns using various analytical tools and exchange ideas on how to manage the campaign for better results

Soft skills required:

• Analytical – Being able to take a look at data and make data-backed decisions.

• Attention to detail – You do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project. For you, every word counts.

• Communication – You speak and write clearly and articulately.

• Distiller - Ability to understand and translate complex concepts and technical information into practical marketing language

• Efficiency - Able to produce significant output with one piece of content. (A blog post becomes an infographic and repurposed as a video script for example.)

• Proactivity - Acts without being told what to do. Has an ability to foresee needs before they arise.

• Storyteller – An uncanny gift to turn every interaction and piece of content into a story.

• Work ethic - Processes a strong willingness to work hard and get-the-job-done attitude

Salary and benefits

• This is a full-time job ONLY. No side projects applicable.
• You will be paid hourly 8$ per hour.

After 3 months of probation period you will be able to participate in motivation programs:

KPI

Your performance will be tracked in a scorecard based at:

1) The number of leads generated during the marketing campaigns

2) The number of campaigns executed

3) Improvements with CTR, CPL, CPS

Bonus based on KPI is negotiable after the probation period.

The company is aimed at double-digit growth in volume and you will join the team at an exciting stage. Later on, there will be new members hired from Europe or other countries for various tasks. Being the right hand of your chief you are supposed to become a leader and if your work volume will grow significantly, there is also a chance to outsource some of your functions so that you would be able to outsource routine and concentrate at strategy.
