Right now we are focused on two main clients: Equity Residences, a private equity fund that acquires luxury vacation homes for accredited investors, and Ki’ama Bahamas, a new fractional development on a private island in the Caribbean.

We provide comprehensive marketing and sales strategy execution, acting as a full-service marketing agency. Our expertise extends to managing sales and marketing remotely, handling everything from launching new funds to maintaining clients’ CRM systems.

Our team operates 100% remotely, ensuring flexibility and efficiency. As Utilus Partners continues to grow and our clients’ operations expand, we are looking for new team members to grow with us.
