Cross Path Capital is a successful and growing remote based eCommerce company that has been in business for more than 8 years.  In 2016 we started as resellers out of a garage in Newport Beach, CA and have since grown to a team of 8 selling over $10M of product annually. We sell our products through our 2 main brands - Barnyard Designs (Home Decor), and Seedboy (Gardening) on various channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, and Faire. 

Our main mission is to 1) bring quality products to market at a fair price, and 2) create a work environment for motivated, self driven individuals who want to build meaningful relationships and be a part of something bigger than themselves.

Bringing quality products to market at a fair price is a simple statement, but requires immense skill, coordination, and execution. When a customer trusts us with their hard earned money our promise is to provide them with an experience that leaves them satisfied. Everything from customer service, product design, inventory management, and pricing (to name a few), need to be in sync to make this happen.

By doing this at scale we can create a curated work environment of like minded people working collectively towards a common mission that is bigger than ourselves. We believe in hard work, but also work life balance, intensity and extreme ownership, but also group collaboration and teamwork, being efficient and effective, but also taking time to joke around or check in personally with each other. Above all, we believe that by working together towards a common goal we will create something bigger than ourselves where we can all benefit and share in the success.
