Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Affiliate Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with both existing affiliates and new sign-ups, as well as sourcing new offers and advertising partners. You will play a crucial role in the success and growth of Vortex Alpha.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to existing affiliates, offering support and encouragement to promote our offers
- Assist new sign-ups through the onboarding process
- Send out emails and maintain regular communication with affiliates and advertising partners
- Analyze traffic and performance data from affiliates to identify trends and opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues related to offers and provide solutions
- Source new offers from existing partners and onboard new advertising partners
- Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing or account management is a plus
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (UK GMT 9-5)
- Monday to Friday, with weekends off
