We like to work face-to-face from time to time and generally look for people who can get to our London office two or three times a week. As for our Engineering Team, they have the option to work remotely 100% of the time but are more than welcome to use either our London or Amsterdam office if they feel like it.

Our hiring process varies depending on the role and the candidate, but this should give you an idea of the steps you should expect to follow:
⚙️Engineering
1. Phone screen with Talent Team (30 minutes)
2. A project-based technical test that is completed remotely (approx. 4 hours)
3. Technical interview with 3 members of the Engineering Team via video-link (1 hour 30 minutes)
